[Milsurplus] Binders for mil manuals?

Better office supply stores have screw posts... individual purpose made
nuts and bolts... for such uses. They are typically made of aluminum and
are called "Binder Posts", I think. They come in several lengths.
I don't think they will work with the roughly 1/2" holes on some mil
documents, though.
