[Milsurplus] 1N21's and 1N23's

Very few power meters use these diodes. They are for mixers. Almost ANY
older WG mixer will use one or two...  sometimnes 4. They are also used in
HP WG detectors and some coaxial detectors. (HP 423A).

Frankly, I'd NOT tamper with the "adjusment" screw except on a KNOWN bad one.
