I don't know that I have ever seen a CEMB but it sounds like the content is
the same as or similar to the R&SB (Radio and Sound Bulletin), which late
in the War became NS 900,011.n, where "n" was the Bulletin number. #1 came
out in January 1941 and #18 in April 1945. I don't whether that was the last
one, or I just haven't stumbled across a later one, or whether the name and
number changed.
