[Milsurplus] Radiating Receivers & CEMB

Looking through the recently posted CEMB documents I see that many 
receivers were classified as to being safe or not for radiating 
frequencies. The RBB/RBC were fine, the RAB unsafe above 23 mc and the 
RAO/RAO-1 unsafe at any frequency.

I think things got worse with the advent of digital electronics 
(microprocessors/synthesizers/etc) as the square wave loves harmonics. 
We then saw in introduction of TEMPEST standards to restrict any radiation.
