[Milsurplus] WWII German NVIS Antennas

The Germans used "bed-frame" HF antennas on their reconnaissance 
vehicles.  Does anyone have any specific information on these mobile 
antennas:

I'm not at all sure if these were loops or very short top-loaded 
verticals.  I'd like to model these in NEC, but I need to know how they 
were fed, what's insulated and what's not etc.
