[Milsurplus] Mil rubber stamp kit

Label makers have totally replaced the rubber stamp kits for any telecom use.
I threw out the contents of 2 of these kits last year, and kept the metal boxes for other 
uses. For a while i thought i would keep some letters to be able to put "M1" or something
like that to cover up front panel repairs, but concluded that was a worthless idea.
