[Milsurplus] ART-13 and mikes .

Hello!

Both of you certainly know that there is a toggle switch hidden
behind the ART-13 panel, somewhere in the audio preamplifier
(I don't remember exactly where) with the function of selecting
between a dynamic and a charbon mike.
Forgive me if I am "teaching the Pater Noster to the priest" but,
just in case...
