I've just spent about half an hour looking and I can't find anyplace where it
says you must have any amount of minimum Feedback in order to sell. The only
mention of 10 Feedbacks is that with 10 positive, you get your first star.
As far as liability is concerned, if you got scammed at Dayton, try
contacting the organizing committee and see how far you get.
Finally, I'm puzzled as to what you consider privacy intrusions.
