I can't point out specific wording changes. The old agreements are not available
for a comparison. When I signed up, you only needed 10 positive FBs to sell. Not
so now. eBay has become more and more intrusive. I just don't believe the
possible fraud exposure warrants the privacy intrusions.

In any case, eBay is NOT liable if you get scammed. They make it clear the deal
is between buyer and seller.

Another example: I use exclusively USPS Money Orders. Under what pretext do they
need access to my bank data?  None whatsoever, IMO.
