Hard to believe that someone said A-Bomb
was first Yagi-Uda used.  Germans had a night
fighter that looked much like ours.  Had three-
element beams on each side of the nose.  TRC-1
was first time I saw one.  Look back in ARRL
Handbook for some, too.  Beam antennas, as
we know them, were in use long before WWII.
