Brad,

These are 60 year old molded paper caps.   Replacement of all of them is 
HIGHLY recommended.   No modern equivalents with same size and shape that I'm 
aware of.   If you're a real purest, the old plastic cases can be split apart and 
then glued back together with modern components inside.
