[Milsurplus] RT-7330 questions

hi all,
        just wondering if anybody knows anything about the power supply 
system in this radio as i'm trying to troubleshoot it,and its turning 
into a real puzzle. i've not got a service/maintance manual for the 
RT-7330.so any kind assistance would be great. it uses 2 1524j 
switchmode power supply chips as well as 2 LM139 voltage comparators and 
a 4001 and a 4013 .
