[Milsurplus] HS-30 Adapter Cord

I need a little help. I have an HS-30 headset and want to use it with a BC-342
receiver. My problem is how to mate the PL-54 plug on the HS-30 with the
standard phone jack on the BC-342.

According to the BC-342 manual, a CD-604 or CD-307 cord should work.  Fair Radio
has both but the description is unclear as to whether they end in a standard
phone jack that will plug into the BC-342.

I'd appreciate it if you would let me know what I need.

Also, does anyone know the military part number for the power cord for a BC-342?
I'm currently using an extension cord. It works fine but I'd like something a
little more authentic.
