Joe,

The CD-307A in my hands right now has a JK-26 on one end to mate with the 
PL-54 and a PJ-055B on the other end.  The PJ-055B is a standard 1/4" mono 
plug that should work with your BC-342.  Someone else here I'm sure can 
clear up the difference between the CD-604 and the CD-307.  My '307 is 
marked as being 5 ft 5 in in length.
