[Milsurplus] Modulator...

I do not have a copy of the schematic handy, but I am assuming the capacitor bypasses a cathode bias resistor.  If so, yes the linearity will be improved by the addition of negative feedback, but the stage gain will drop.  If the capacitor is not across a cathode bias resistor... nevermind!
