At the MRCG Field Day exercise this fall, had my SCR-522/RA-62-C combo 
running at NC talking to ARC-1 and ARC-3 setups out in the weeds.   Net frequency 
was 144.450.   FB coms over a 6 mile course near San Pedro, CA using   simple GP 
antennas.
