That's interesting.  I knew about the LM-18 (and as it turns out LM-15 as 
well).  I have an LM-18 manual that was also "converted".  But the LM-16 was one 
of the models originally supplied without Rectifier Power Supply.  So they 
must have pulled one from another source.  Or maybe some LM-21's were still 
operated from an external DC source (like an ARB).
