Group,

I have a photograph of a Wincharger Corp. dynamotor nameplate. From the top
it says:

Winco DYNAMOTOR
SERIAL No. 25708 ?? 114
INPUT VOLTS 18
OUTPUT VOLTS 425
MANUFACTURED BY
WINCHARGER CORP.
MADE IN SIOUX CITY IOWA USA

All of the text is centered.

Input and output current not indicated, and I have no idea of the physical
size of the dynamotor as all that was turned in was the nameplate.

Mean anything to anyone? It was found in Russia, supposedly at a Neptune
crash site, but the 18 volt input makes me doubt that. I never heard of an
aircraft with an 18 VDC electrical system. Ring any bells?
