[Milsurplus] E-bay / FB fraud

I had a problem with Verizon's charges for international calls to Yokota Air Base, Japan, via the direct dial in number, in which I believed Verizon was charging the same rate they would charge to cell phones in Japan.  I wrote the FCC and it was resolved in my favor, at least on a one-time basis.
