[Milsurplus] E-bay farce

eBay is infamous for all kinds of schemes of this sort. This is the primary
reason I rarely sell there anymore, instead either throwing out stuff I don't
need or canabalizing.

Do like one guy I saw: $1 for an item and $185 shipping/handling. His fees
were tiny yet he didn't seem to be breaking any eBay rules. This seems most
appropriate for "buy it now" kinds of auctions.

Numerous e-mail's to their supposed "customer services" have resulted in a string of excuses, items in reserve listing not covered, when told several items already refunded but 4 outstanding was told; only those items that sold would be refunded, told them that their 5p listing page promo (which I just happened to have saved to disk, wonder why) does not state that condition the next mail from them simply stated the items (the ones already refunded) had been refunded.
