I know its a bit off track but as we all shop there.. read on.

Has anyone else been ripped off by e-bay over their 5p listing day back in April 21st?

They stated that so long as the item could be posted worldwide the fee for any auction style item, including reserve price listing would cost 5p, though charged at the full amount at the time and refunded by June 10th.

You guessed it, June 10th came and went and no refund from them on 4 items but refund on 2. Numerous e-mail's to their supposed "customer services" have resulted in a string of excuses, items in reserve listing not covered, when told several items already refunded but 4 outstanding was told; only those items that sold would be refunded, told them that their 5p listing page promo (which I just happened to have saved to disk, wonder why) does not state that condition the next mail from them simply stated the items (the ones already refunded) had been refunded.

Around and around in circles we go, this company obviously has service low on its list of options. Greed and profit at the top obviously.

Each time its a different signature on the e-mail and its totally impossible to get sense out of them.

I think it has now got to the point where its a letter to Trading Standards, BBC Watchdog and the Office of Fair Trade.

Ben.
