You bet !  After a little use, the unit felt "too hot" and that capacitor
was found to be swollen due to an internal low resistance path (possible
rupture danger). I replaced it with the same type sealed oil capacitor
and have not had a problem since. Also replaced the small knob rubber
drive and the dial works much more smoothly.

Also, have others noticed a failure rate on the first filter capactor,
which
is mounted too close to a  hot, voltage dropping resistor?
