The old CR-1A/AR and CR-1B/AR have morphed into the CR-1/U in current military crystal specifications. Current crystal specs of many types are found at:

http://www.dscc.dla.mil/Programs/MilSpec/ListDocs.asp?BasicDoc=MIL-PRF-3098

In particular, the CR-1/U spec sheet that has most of what you seek is at:

http://www.dscc.dla.mil/Downloads/MilSpec/Docs/MIL-PRF-3098/prf3098ss76.pdf

There's also an interesting summary of the characteristics of current military crystals at:

http://www.aextal.com/tutorial-military-crystals.htm

The table at this site does not have info for the CR-1, but there is info on other older crystals like the CR-5A, CR-6A, and CR-8.

AFAIK, the CR-1A/AR had better thermal stability specs than the CR-1B/AR. For example, the maintenance manual for the RT-18/ARC-1 states that CR-1A or B units may be used in the individual channel frequency sockets (mounted on the front panel), but then states that type CR-1A units must be used for internally mounted crystals (where the heat is). Beyond that, I know nothing.
