[Milsurplus] Solder

I don't know how valid this rumor is and might just be a rumor but might
be something to keep watch for.  Anyone else hear about this one?

  Subject: Well it looks like the EPA is at it again!

  There is a very strong rumor going around that the EPA in all it's
glory has
  determined that lead or solder is a terrible thing so it is going to
take it
  away from all of us children forever and very soon.
  Might be a good Idea to stock up folks at least with what you think is
  enough to get you by with your electronic toys like I might need or
Rocky's
  stained glass art work she does so wonderfully well.. I remember not
taking
  a rumor just like this one about Freon for my Pocket Rocket serious
and had
  to pay a ton o'bucks for the upgrade when a seal gave way here
recently when
  if I would of had a couple of pounds on hands...  well a lot of "hard
earned"
  could of stayed in the bank instead of the beer money at the local
Olds
  dealership.
