Yep, you're right.  I didn't check the BC-191 schematic but in this respect, 
it's most likely wired like the BC-375-E.  And the dynamotor does come on when 
the main power switch is turned on, unless you don't have a TU installed.  So 
they belong in the other group (dynamotor runs all the time).
