a. The Netherlands is a NATO country.
b. They used PRC-6 and its derivatives in the Netherlands
c. The PRC-6 has been obsolete in US service for at least 40 years.
d. US Technology laws don't apply to "antiques", especially when shipped to
an allied country...

In view of this, here shouldn't be any problem shipping the stuff. Relax!

Subject: [armyradios] Need advice fro the experts

Hey,
I just sold a PRC 6 DF antenna on Ebay. The buyer is in the
Netherlands.
Here is the dilemma.

I have stated in my auction ad that I will sell within the USA only.
And
since he is in foreign country, can I legally sell him the antenna
with out
running afoul of the US Technology export laws?

Awaiting you answers!

Thanks

Gary
