Hey I found a manual here I bet you're missing.  A MRW-4.  Another radio
remote beast, but this time 5 FM tones & 2 4E27s in 300W 40mcs final

Be amazing if u had something on that '39 Cop tx.  Thinking of just giving
it to historical society & stopping there.  I'm not immortal

But I've done my bit in saving it from a coming 'dozer.
