[MILSURPLUS] RS-6 On The Air (Hand Generator Correction)

Memory can be strange, or maybe it was just a Senior Moment.  The RS-6 and 
RS-6A manuals do show operation of the sets from a GN-58 (not GN-58-A as it 
happens) using the cord I mentioned.  Unlike the AN/GRC-109 hookup, it uses 
the RA-6 and doesn't use the RP-6.
