OK, valid point.   On a recount (excluding only hanging chads), the winner is 
the ATD with 51.   The TBW follows with a 47 dial/knob count.   

It must be pointed out here, though, that only one of the four TUs in the ATD 
can be active at any one time which would reduce the ACTIVE knob/switch count 
to 18.   Likewise, either the MF or HF side of the TBW can be active at one 
time but not both together.   The HF side has the most controls so the 
maximum ACTIVE knob/switch count for the TBW adds up to 31.
