[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 USB - KYLE 11 and WOLFHOUND

     WOLFHOUND is now involved.  11175.0 was active at 0230z+/- with KYLE
11 (fair/weak readable) working WOLFHOUND (weak/mostly unreadable in a
east coast SDR) with "continuing to troubleshoot" and  AR chatter (0600z).
East coast SDR but KYLE 11 shows up in my Gulf coast SDR waterfall.
