 MING 46 (E6B) launched ex TINKER around 1836z and flew westbound to the
Pacific coast of California.

     11175.0 was active at 2132z with FISH BAIT (NCS HFGCS) broadcasting
the 30 character EAM TRKKRC.

    11175.0 was active at 2150z and 2220z with NOTEBOOK (MING 46)
broadcasting TRKKRC at TACAMO PAC's h+20/h+50 restoral repeat broadcast
window.  At 2243z FISH BAIT broadcast the 25 character T3FWZA.  At 2247z
FISH BAIT broadcast the 30-character T3NRBC.   At 2250z NOTEBOOK broadcast
TRKKRC.  At 2253z FISH BAIT broadcast the 34 character T3RTVB. At 2154z
FISH BAIT broadcast the 36 character T3U4SY. At 2322z NOTEBOOK broadcast
TRKKRC. And at 2330z+/- FISH BAIT broadcast the 30 character EAM 5QN2AD
"FOR LONELY RIDER."  At 2334z  FISH BAIT was standing by for traffic, which
he continued through the 0000z new day change as BILLBOARD.
