[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 USB - RED RIVER and KYLE FLIGHT

     11175.0 was active at 0111z with RED RIVER calling KYLE 11 for a radio
check with no known response.  At 0112z RED RIVER called KYLE FLIGHT for a
radio check with no known response. At 0116z KYLE 11 (visible in the
waterfall of California SDR; mostly unreadable) worked RED RIVER
(fair/good) regarding status and desire to remain on 11175.0 and quiet.

     KYLE flight is said (on X) to be a flight of 3 B52s and KC46 tanker
FLAM FLIGHT, east of Canada northeast bound.
