Yes, as signals got a bit better here, heard Flight Following also.  I 
kept hearing that 04 call sign, but just couldn't copy the first & most 
important part of the call.  I honestly didn't know there was any 
civilian aviation here, but that's something I don't normally follow 
anyway....obviously!
