Caught some ID's, sounds like a Canadian LDOC.
SPEED AIR 04 passed coded position report to FLIGHT FOLLOWING,
position Uniform 16 Mike 24, track 285.

Also had "03" requesting WX for Halifax and FLIGHT FOLLOWING passed
weather for St Johns.
