[MilCom] 11175.0 - OFFUTT

     11175.0 was active at 1425z with STAIR 2 (or sounds like; "stair
two" or something 2; fair levels) calling MAINSAIL for a radio check,
raising OFFUTT (good) for a brief check and gone.  At 1427z OFFUTT
(fair) worked another unknown station (unheard here; OFFUTT is not
using their id's) for a  brief radio check and gone.  At 1428z [STAIR
2 or ? 2; now weak/barely readable] called MAINSAIL for a radio check
and raised unknown station (unheard here; suspected HFGCS) for a radio
check and gone.
