[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - MOTOWN 3 for current traffic

     11175.0 was active at 1432z with MOTOWN 3 (weak to sometimes fair
levels here) calling MAINSAIL and eventually raising OFFUTT (good) at
1434z for "latest message traffic."  OFFUTT advised that there was no
current traffic but offered to provide the last message.  MOTOWN 3
requested the traffic, was provided with I3KLMN and gone. Single digit
activity this local a.m.
