The slow container ship entered the "box" and forced a delay.
By the time the ship cleared the box and the range was green, clouds
had moved in and we no longer had the "hole" for launch.
Now they estimate it could be 50 minutes for the wx to clear.

264.80 "NASA 902" w "Cape Ctrl"
348.70 "Miami Ctr @ Melbourne" w "NASA 902."
New T-0 for launch is 1344z (9:44am EDT).
