[MilCom] 11175.0 - OFFUTT

     11175.0 was active at 1445z with OFFUTT (good levels here)
calling MOOSE TAG (or sounds like) apparently in response to a call
from the player (unheard here; loud and clear to OFFUTT) for a brief
signal check and gone.
