Actually it is 239.575, but perhaps that was a typo on your part.
I'll definitely keep an eye on it. If it was associated with TSTC,
I wonder why the pilot was asking a/a about the college in Waco.
Seems like he would know what facility he was flying out of if it
was indeed associated with it. So my guess is a discrete air to
air for some squadron. Who? is the question...;)
