Blaine,

I'm almost 100% positive GATOR-59 was a T-43 from Randolph. As for 
VMFA-142, They were at NAS Atlanta (Dobbins), Not Robins.

Check is used by a number of squadrons. I see Canadian Hornets are a 
strong guess.

Discovered these the other day while searching
225-400mhz....

252.8   GATOR 59  calling Gator Ops?  Any idea where
             these guys are from?  I at first thought Robbins,
             but read VMF-142 was shut down. Obviously,
             GATOR I'm thinking maybe Florida - Jacksonville?
             If it is, I'd say yesterday was a darn good day for
             reception!

239.575  CHECK 1 in contact with another craft in the area
                of Waco, Tx. Asked other craft about what college
                was in Waco re: TSTC.....Any idea who uses this freq?
