[MilCom] USCG Sector Hampton Roads 800 number for marine emergency

Rescue 21 is only going to work, if you have a VHF Marine Radio.

Sector Boston [Last weekend] concluded a SAR event for a missing Boater who:

a.) Ran out of Fuel on his way home
b.) Cellphone died [probably too much TEXT'n]
c.) Had no VHF Marine Radio.
