[MilCom] 11175.0 - FOUL LINE standing by for traffic

I *think* heard your unknown 5 different times with those same EAMS:

@1612Z - 76B34H[28]
@1640Z - again 76B34H
@1645Z - 76WFOC[28] right after ADW sent same EAM
@2042Z - again 76WFOC
@2241Z - 76VJMC[22] and 76WFOC.

First time I heard him it sounded like CONSONANT [a real word] or CONSTERNANT [not a real word]. 
Then after I heard him three more times, it sounded like TACITNESS or TACIDENT.

As I say, very frustrating, especially as there are one-time usage.
