[MilCom] 11175.0 - TROUSERS standing by for traffic

     11175.0 was active at 0140z with TROUSERS (or sounds like; mostly
weak/unreadable to weak/fair) bcsting 76YND3 and 76VJMC.  He ended the
xmsn with the standing by for traffic statement.  During his xmsn
ANDREWS (good) at 0141z stepped on him with a 20-character EAM
(LLUCG4) "FOR THRIFT." At 0150z FOUL LINE (weak/mostly readable) began
his h+20/h+50 restoral.
