[MilCom] 11175.0 - FOUL LINE standing by for traffic

     11175.0 was active at 0040z with unknown player (too weak to id;
sometimes fair/good but often fading to unheard levels) bcsting three
EAMs: 28-character 76YND3; 22-character 76VJMC; and, 28-character
762FOC.  He ended his transmission with the standing by for traffic
statement.  h+10/h+40 activity.  Suspected TACAMO LANT.

     At the completion of the above at 0048z the freq was found active
with FOUL LINE (mostly very weak/unheard) bcsting a number of EAMs
including 76VJMC.  He ended his xmsn with the standing by for traffic
statement.  H+20/h+40 (early) activity.  Suspected TACAMO PAC.
