[MilCom] 11175.0 - JAKE 13

     11175.0 was active at 1646z with JAKE 13 (good levels) calling
MAINSAIL and raising ANDREWS (unheard here) and requesting current
message traffic.  ANDREWS' response was unknown but JAKE 13 responded
with a "That would be great if your could" and the freq went quiet.
