[MilCom] 11220.0 - RAIDER 26 and ANDREWS

     11175.0 was active at 1704z with ANDREWS bcsting another
6-character EAM (LLZKBP) "FOR MILK WAGON, OXCO (or obsco, or osco),
COTTON ROWS, EXAMPLE, KEYWAY, KAZOO."

     11175.0 was active at 1710z with CONCLAVE (weak/mostly
unreadable) bcsting an unknown EAM (too weak to follow) and ending
with "standing by for traffic".

     11175.0 was active at 1713z with RAIDER 26 (good/fair) calling
MAINSAIL and raising ANDREWS (unheard here) for a phone patch.
ANDREWS moved him to 11220.0.

     11220.0 was active at 1714z with RAIDER 26 calling and eventually
raising ANDREWS (unheard) but nothing further.  OFFUTT (fair/good) was
also using the freq for a phone patch but stopped the activity for
higher precedence traffic (not on this freq.)

     11175.0 was active at 1719z with ANDREWS (fair) bcsting a
6-character EAM (LLOTYA) "FOR OSMOSIS."

     11175.0 was active at 1730z with an unknown player (mostly
weak/unreadable; id may have been BROWN RAT or ?) bcsting a  possible
22-character EAM (76RVCR maybe) ending in ____DD and closing with
"standing by for traffic."  Suspected h+00/h+30 activity.  Suspected
'glass.

     11175.0 was active at 1734z with RAIDER 26 (good levels) calling
MAINSAIL and raising (missed id; unheard here) for a phone patch to a
DSN 267 number.

     11175.0 is active at 1740z with h+10/h+40 activity.  Maybe
CONCLAVE (initially very weak but now unheard.)
