[MilCom] Interesting Comms - Follow-Up

Nice catch and report Keith! I was hearing comms on 251.25 with CHINDIT OPS
(16SOW). He also tried calling CHINDIT on 143.0 FM. This incident smells
like a lawsuit. The spotlight should have had the following warning sticker:
Caution - never point this light at an aircraft equipped with guns, a
threat warning system, cameras, and a laser targeting system that can
pinpoint your exact location on the ground.
