[MilCom] Interesting Comms - Follow-Up

Heard a brief comm. with 251.250 SEMINOLE Ops pilot was explaining what he
had reported to Cairns. Pilot switched back to 239.400 explaining they could
no longer remain and help guide law enforcement in. On a final pass the
pilot relayed that law enforcement was in fact at the correct location. 
Pilot gave out a phone number, said upon return all witnesses on board would
be writing statements that would be available to any agency that might need
it. Said they are done here and would like to hold position for another 3-4
minutes and the clear direct back to Hurlburt.

SPOOKY-43 (AC-130U) 4th SOS/16th SOW Hurlburt Field, FL on 239.400 CAIRNS
AAF APP in comms with controller about some guy shining a spot light up at
the plane. The pilot has relayed the coordinates (N 31 20.48  W 086 10.06)
to the controller. Would like them to contact local law enforcement and if
the can get a phone patch, they will talk the police to the location of this
individual. Pilot has also said they have video of the guy following the
orbit of the plane with the light and it is bright enough to interfere with
operations.
