Airshow Security Affects Hobbyists Enjoyment!!?? iRe: [MilCom] Re: Blue Angels Pilot Died in Crash

Here's my take.  I take ONE scanner and a camera.  My
scanner if fully charged, yes a battery pack (it's a
BC-296D), and it does seem to last the whole show.  i
also turn off the P-25 mode which also seems to lessen
battery strain.  I don't really miss that many comms
either as i try to keep it in the air range.  Any
ground comms monitoring is done from my vehicle while
i'm waiting to get out.
