[MilCom] AWACS up on 293.6

It is 1:07pm EDT (1707z).
Hearing what sounds like an  AWACS, YL voice, passing coordinates to OakGrove 
on 293.6. Also came up calling  "Any station" for radio check on Sealord's 
284.5, right before I started to hear  Goliath using 284.5. But the YL is using 
the callsign "Flash Charlie" on both  293.6 and 284.5, and the Goliath voice 
on 284.5 is a male.
Coordinates  that Flash Charlie passed were 31.58 North, 80.21 West, which is 
offshore  Savannah.
